Introduction
1.Combustion system: adopt Italy BALTUR burner, Combine with
combustion chamber to control the combustion, So that the
combustion temperature will uniform and make energy sources fully
burning,and the inner room of the Combustion chamber adopts
stainless steel.
2.Wind elicitation system: adopt warm-air pipe and the Wind
elicitation system.
3. Hot air circulation system:adopt cycle air duct and cycle fan,
to make the hot air distribute uniformly and recycle, thereby
saving a lot of drying energy.
4.Drainage system: equipped with drainage fan and pipeline, the
high-temperature steam will be drained out quickly through this
pipe, so that the moisture of products will be vaporized rapidly.
5.Transportation system: adopt transmission bar combined with motor
and high-quality stainless steel screen (so that rust trace is not
easy to appear on the product’s surface). At both ends equipped
with elastic chain cutter bar.
6. Body of Drying Line:adopt heat preservation material of Cherry
Blossom brand with double heat insulation design, besides,each
segment collocated a movable door for convenient observation and
maintenance.
7. Control System: adopt a set of intelligent concentrated control
system,to Control the fans as well as its temperature of each
segment,and equipped With voltage, current and temperature
display.The main appliances adopt such famous brands as
Schneider,Chint., CKC etc.8.The drying line not include (gas or diesel storage tank,exterior
pipeline and basic ground work),and our company could offer the
scheme.
